With its gargantuan population and unique geopolitical complexities, China is a land of opportunity that investors can’t afford to ignore, yet one that is nuanced and challenging to understand. Against this backdrop, Nikko AM Singapore tasked us to introduce their campaign for investing in China and highlight their capabilities in China Equity.

Research & Conceptualisation
While many still thought of China as a rising giant in the world economy, we felt that China had already come into its own and was very much a dominant player and even a driving force in some sectors. Despite this, the country was still very much anchored in its cultural and historical roots.
Blending together modern motion graphics and the popular Chinese medium of ink, we storyboarded a narrative of how China is leading the world in areas like technopreneurship, e-commerce, robotics, and global supply-chain logistics. With this video as an introduction, we built a microsite along the same storyline, positioning Nikko AM as a competent guide to navigating the investment landscape in China.
Featuring key statistics about China, as well as Nikko AM’s own opinion pieces and insights, the microsite was well-received. It effectively reinforced the question posed to viewers in the video – is the China of tomorrow your growth opportunity today?
