Building on our previous work to position themselves as the louvre experts, INNIVATE wanted to refresh their website to suit this stronger positioning. Working together, we redesigned the entire site with a bold, international look that sets them apart from the competition.

INNIVATE’s new website is anchored by an eye-catching header carousel that emphasises their collaborative approach. This approach is later presented via a custom graphic – the Circle of INNIVATION, so potential clients know just what to expect.
Larger Presence, Larger Capabilities
Channelling INNIVATE’s “collaborative DNA” throughout the entire site meant rethinking the entire user experience. Our design solution had to deliver an increased amount of information in a quick and accessible way.
First, we made the collaborative journey simple and transparent. Next, INNIVATE’s products and partners were brought to the fore; their bestselling performance louvres highlighted with a helpful 360° interactive view. We also streamlined the search for key product information, adding lead generation capabilities. A sticky WhatsApp button and, of course, an invitation to #askinnivate rounded off the sleek transformation!

Backed by this bold, international new look, subsequent paid search marketing began to reap stellar results with monthly sales leads jumping eightfold from 2 per month to 16 per month.
Clickthrough rates (CTR) climbed from 6% to 7.5%, while cost-per-click (CPC) was reduced by 20%. Overall, the client benefitted from a 10% decrease in total costs – how’s that for optimising digital spend!
